Just received the above digitalized photo from Colin Gourlay (www.kinemagigz.com) taken back in 1978 and featuring a much slimmer and hair-laden yours truly and guitarist Dougie Ross. The photo was taken at our rehearsal room which was in fact a disused British Rail signal box in Halbeath, near Dunfermline, situated right next to the main Edinburgh-Cowdenbeath line. Inevitably, our attempts at recording new songs were drowned out by the shuddering sound of passing trains. It was also extremely cold in winter, and I recall us all turning up for rehearsals wrapped up in woolens and armed with our own personal fan heaters!
